Home is Almost Here at the Peterborough Animal Care Centre

The Peterborough Humane Society (PHS) is less than 6 months away from moving into the new home at 1999 Technology Drive. PHS needs the help of the community to get over the last hurdle of fundraising to get to the finish line. The Humane Society is looking to raise the final $3 million needed to complete the shelter.
The Peterborough Animal Care Centre which is currently under construction at 1999 Technology Drive in Peterborough is scheduled for completion by year end. The centre will be over 24,000 square feet and include a state-of-the art Animal Adoption & Education Centre, Publicly Accessible & High-Volume Spay/Neuter Clinic and Canada’s first Dog Rehabilitation Centre created in partnership with the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society.
