Dosing Lanthanum chloride to lower phosphate in a reef aquarium

Using Lanthanum chloride to lower phosphate isn’t a new idea. A few products are on the market. I wanted to demonstrate what Phosban-L looks like being dosed in my own reef. I’ve used some version of this chemical for over 14 years in my aquariums instead of GFO.
