Winter Reptile Care Tips

In this Video I explain how to make adjustments to a reptiles enclosure & or husbandry during the winter months to allow your reptiles to live comfortably. The main 2 species highlighted in this video are The Ackie Monitor(Varanus acanthurus) and the Common Indonesian Blue tongue skink (Tiligua gigas gigas) due to there higher basking temp and humidity requirements. In a temperate climate it can difficult to maintain these 2 species of reptiles during the winter months.The tips provided should make keeping easier.
