Tip Tuesdays: Interacting with small animals

When you’re interacting with small animals, like rats or other rodents, it’s important to let them come to you. If they’re hiding in one of their houses or under something, it’s best not to reach in and grab them or frighten them – and never squeeze them. You want to create a nice platform for them so that they’re properly supported and don’t feel like they’re going to fall.
