Scientists Just Discovered the World’s Smallest Reptile

Scientists in Madagascar say they’ve discovered what may be the world’s smallest reptile. The body of the male nano-chameleon is only 13 millimeters long – and from nose to tail, it measures less than 22 millimeters. That’s roughly the size of a sunflower seed. That makes it the smallest of the roughly 11,500 known reptile species. By comparison, the largest living reptile on earth is the saltwater crocodile. They can grow as long as 17 feet, and can weigh over a ton. #InsideEdition
