INSANE Bobby Lashley Chest Day Workout! A glimpse into his elite mindset and future fighting plans



Bobby Lashley joined us in Manchester at the Front Line Fit Performance Centre to go through his ‘Average Bob’ Chest Day workout. In between sets he discusses his future away from WWE, getting back inside the cage and his thought process behind lifting.

WORKOUT:

• Seated Pec Fly Warm-Up: 5 sets of 10 with 2 second squeeze at the top
• Bench Press: 5 sets of 5 (Moving the weight up to as heavy as you feel can go)
• Bench Press: 10 sets of 10
• Close Grip DB Incline Press / DB Incline Fly / 60 second pump: Sets of 8 then into the timed slot
• Dips til failure
