When it comes to bug eating reptiles, frequent trips to the pets store to buy insects may pile up to become quite expensive. In this video we’ve documented and recorded our entire attempt at breeding our own crickets to feed our pet reptiles and save a little money on crickets!
We will share with you where to start, where we got our equipments, also tips and things to watch out.

Originally we bought 500 two-week old crickets online, we’ve been feeding the crickets to our reptiles while raising them. There were about 100 to 200 crickets left by the time they were mature. We kept feeding them to our reptiles about 5 per day, until the adult crickets start dying. And we still ended up with thousands of baby crickets, much more than we expected.
