This video is about Zebra Danios Care. Zebra Danios are very peaceful schooling fish. You must keep this fish at least 6 or 7 in a group in your aquarium. Zebra Danios are very hardy and easy to care for fish. Very colorful, active, and best fish for beginners to start a hobby. The minimum Tank Size required for this fish is 10 gallons. Use a sponge filter or hang on the back filter in Zebra Danios Tank as it is a small fish that can’t resist too much water force. So, don’t use a power filter or a top filter. This fish is very active and likes to swim on the surface of the water and often jump from the tank so, always keep your tank covered. This fish can grow up to a size of 2.5 inches and its life span is 3-5 years. This fish doesn’t need too much pH level to be maintained but the actual pH level is 6.5 to 7.0. Zebra Danios can live well in both planted aquariums as well as without plants. Zebra Danios are very hardy fish, they can survive at any water temperature. But ideal water temperature for Zebra Danios is 18 degrees to 24 degrees centigrade. Feed micro pallets or dust food twice daily. Also, feed dried blood worm, tubifex worm, dried peas, or cucumber once or twice a week for better results.
Tankmates of Zebra Danios are Guppies, mollies, tetras, dwarf gouramis etc.
