Fiends Today I am going to tell you how to maintain, Care, Maintenance of water lily pond. How to change water, Where to keep water lily pond in balcony or terrace etc.
I make Water lily fish pond in my balcony. I keep Guppy fish in water lily pond. Guppy fish are small and good for water lily pond.
You can keep Molly fish, Platy fish, Gold Fish, Koi fish, Gourami fish.
If koi koi fish are small then ok but one this fish grow bigger it can create problem for your water lily pond.
How to maintain water lily pond ?
1) Water changes is must when you want to maintain your water lily pond.
2) how you know you should change water for that follow 2 thinsgs
a) Check Bottom portion of pond, If you found lots of fish waste then you should change water.
b) if you are having duckweed in your fish tub & it’s a growing fast then you should change water. If duck with growth is fast means minerals level in your fish tub increasing.
3) keep water lily fish tub in a sunlight area, it solve your 2 purpose.
a) your water lily will grow faster and healthier.
b) because of Sunlight algae grow inside your fish tub which feed your Guppy fish when you go outside for long duration and you are not able to feed your gappi fish.
4) here I want to tell you one thing, if you want to maintain your outdoor fish up water changes are must and that one by one each and every detail I am mentioned and shown in video so please check video do not skip video.
If you want to know how to set up outdoor water lily fish tub, here I am mention each and every step.
I Take one Plastic container. I filled it with water and add dechlorinator Hypo stones for removing excessive chlorine in water you can use any type of dechlorinator.
( Otherwise excessive chlorine in water can kill your fish ) I keep water one day for removing Chlorine.
2 nd day,I kept water lily plant and Hygrophila Aquatic Plant in plastic container.
3rd day, I added guppies ( Guppy fish ) & Snails in container.
Feeding Guppy is very important. As Guppy are small in size crush food before feeding to Guppy fish.
If everything is ok your Outdoor water lily fish tub will set up automatically.
