♡ recipe: coconut raspberry bars
-almond base:
– 1 1/2C almond flour
– 1/4C maple syrup
– 1tbsp desiccated coconut
– 1Tbsp oats
peanut butter & date caramel:
– 1C peanut butter
– 1/2C maple syrup
– 1/2 soaked dates
– 1tsp vanilla
raspberry chia jam
– 1C frozen raspberries (microwave for 1minute +mash)
– 2tbsp chia seeds
– 2tbsp maple syrup
chocolate layer:
– 120g melted dark chocolate
– 1tbsp coconut oil
top with desiccated coconut, freeze for a few hours/overnight & enjoooyy ✨
