Species Care: Pearl Gourami Fish

My pearl Gourami Fish tank Care is super simple. Aquariums need patience and research. These fish are a great addition to any type of fish tank almost. If you’re looking for a general community fish I feel like this is your fish to choose from. A lot of people don’t think to add this type of fish to a community tank because sometimes they have issues with fighting but it’s working out great for me in this instance.

Here are some more additional topics;
I got this guy last week. He sat at Meijer for at least 3 weeks. I saw him my last 3 visits and wanted to take him home with me every time. Then last Friday I saw he was still there so decided it was fate and he came home with me. I love him already!

I am wanting to get him some Marimo moss balls and some shrimp (show me your shrimp). I am still undecided on what kind of shrimp I want to get. There are so many to choose from. Does anyone have any Cory catfish with a bigger setup (10+ gallons) a male? I love seeing everyone’s setups and wanting to get him a bigger setup at some point.

I woke up this morning to a small piece of fin hanging off my bettas tail? Can anyone give some advice? He is only in with a snail all live plants other than his floating leaf and all smooth river rocks. He is acting totally normal, water levels are all great. Could it be from fin nipping? Do I just let it hang? any advice is appreciated.

My daughter who is autistic is really into her bettas. She has one male and a sorority tank. We had a tank that’s empty due to leaking and was just sitting on top of a cabinet so her friend put some very hearty fish in it! I thought it was adorable!

Question about leaking, we’re there any chip on the exterior edges? I just got a tank but there are some chips and I’m scared it will leak. It’s a 10 gallon.

I don’t know why it started leaking. It had been holding water fine for awhile until it didn’t. We hadn’t moved it and as far as I know nothing happened to it. It started in the middle of the night like at 2 am which was bad.

Use it for something that doesn’t need a body of water. Millipedes are a fun pet or death feigning beetles. Safe, easy to care for, and fun! Omg.. There are 2 issues I noticed with my mollies ytdy:

1. (photo) This dude is usually like the boss, very active n chasing everyone. This morning he started to keep staying at this spot. Then by night, there is red spot on his cheek and right top of his head.

2. (video) This molly’s tummy been flat since 2 days back. Then last night it kind of curved inwards and it started swimming like this mostly. I read somewhere that it might be internal parasite but i hope not.
(Update: it has already died)

Anyone has any idea what’s going on? oh no.. Now I’m stressed of what to do with them? I got them for free from a fish farm my girl’s class visited 3 weeks back and got this tank. I cant fit biggier tank. Omg what can I do… Should I just give them to the pet shop?
