What is going on everyone? We got an epic video today. It is a diy. Are you having issues with your refugium light spreading light and cause algae issues throughout your sump? Aquarium algae problems are the worst. I have been having some issues with this for a little bit. I ended up seeing someone do this on facebook and decided to give it a try. What I got to say is it worked great. If I had an option to have a light director to add to the refugium light I would, but the Kessil h80 led light doesnt have one. So this option was on the table and worked. You will need black acrylic, acrylic knife and some zip ties. Its that easy.
There is another thing that we need to work on in the sump that will do lot of good for the system. I have way too much rock in my aquarium. Its not going to allow for good coral placement. So I need to add some sort of bio media to the sump to allow me to remove rock. It isnt a remove all at once thing, slowly remove. Lets do this! Please consider subscribing and clicking the bell. Thanks and Stay Tanked!
