Oh dear, the most expensive discus fish is no more

Hes an Albino Eruption, was doing really well, and then downhill and dead in around 6 hours.
Its not whitespot, its note ammonia, its not low oxygen and its not worms.
I think he poisoned himself by eating old food that he got too when I moved some decor for cleaning.
Top tip – do not have complex piece of bog wood in a discus tank that can trap food.
