My Top 3 Fish Foods and Feeding Tips [Maximum Health & Color!]

Here are my top 3 fish foods along with some feeding tips that help me to get both maximum health and color from my African Cichlids. I’m sharing this with you because I’m often asked, “What do you feed your fish?” In this video I answer that question.

Many, including me, believe that food is key when it comes to color and it certainly plays a role in fish health, longevity, breeding and even tempernment can be impacted.

Over the years I’ve tried a good number of fish foods. Over time several have emerged as my “go to’s.” Why have those become my favorites? Let’s talk about fish food, things to look for and things to avoid.
