Macroalgae in Freshwater Aquarium

This is my Farm Aquarium. A twenty gallon fish tank that I setup over a year ago. I have never done a water change on this aquarium. The macroalgae (Nitella/Characeae) keeps the water clean and clear.

No water changes
No co2 injection
No gravel vacc
No chemicals
No fertilizers
No heaters
