Wet Live rock and dry live rock comes from the ocean and is dried out or is mined from the ground, whereas man made rock is manufactured.
What are the pros and cons to wet live rock or dry live rock?
Wet Live rock comes with bacteria and beneficial organisms, brittle stars etc, coralline algae or macro algae but also PESTS.
Dry live rock is completely LIFELESS but will become live rock over time. Dry rock has no bacteria or beneficial organisms but also no pests.
