How To Care For Dalmatian Molly Fry :: My Fish Had Babies!!

Turns out my Dalmatian molly was pregnant when I got her from the pet store. This is actually quite common and molly fish can actually become pregnant multiple times without the male in the tank. If you don’t remove the babies the mother might eat them! Big Yikes! So I decided I wanted to keep and raise the fry. I put them into a 10 gallon tank with a heater and filter. In this video I talk about the process and things I needed to do to keep them. I also talk about my plans on whether or not I will sell them to a local fish store for a profit.
