Advice needed for my 260lit Juwel Aquarium

Can you please help me with advice for my Aquarium? It is a Juwel Vision 260 lit and I think I need new lighting. I cant seem to get the light down to the bottom of the tank.

Maybee go from 2xT5 to 4xT5? Or change to LED? Juwels or something else?

I also need advice about the plants and the scape. I want it dense! I will put a few pictures in the comments. One of my old scape and one of the new scape (made 2 days ago). I will also show you 2 pics of BEAUTIFUL tanks that is my inspiration. But I dont know how to get there.
