How to fix FEAR REACTIVITY in dogs



Fear reactivity is commonly mistaken for aggression because the dog looks big and scary.

In reality, the fear reactive dog is simply insecure, fearful, and/or anxious around other dogs, and has learned to cope with that stress by reacting.

It’s our job as the handler to give these dogs the leadership, guidance, and structure that they need to navigate this big scary world.

First we build their confidence in US, then we build their confidence in THEMSELVES.

We have to take the dog out of the driver seat, put them in the backseat, and take over the steering wheel.
