Agra-based NGO becomes home to stray dogs

Agra (UP), Dec 12 (ANI): Agra-based NGO rescues and rehabilitates stray dogs. The ‘Casper’s Home’ gives shelter to stray dogs and also provides them with medical care. The owner of NGO, Vineeta Arora is working towards the cause since 2016. “I have been doing this for 40 years. The majority of dog rescuers treat the animal and leave them but I keep them at the shelter. Sometimes, I get threats when I go to rescue dogs,” said Vineeta Arora.
