It’s perhaps not surprising that designing for developers has heavily influenced the way we work. Early on at GitHub, our designers would ship changes to production, and most still write code today. In many ways, we have learned a lot about how to design from observing the way developers code.
From systems thinking, to social coding and open-source, we’ll explore how designing the platform where the world builds software has influenced our culture and the way I approach Leading Design.
