What you need:
Make sure you have the right equipment for the job. For this, you will only need a mask and gloves to clean the litter.

Firstly scoop out any cat poop, then clear out the remaining cat litter and give it a good wash.

Then deodorise cat litter box using some bi-carb soda which is a great natural and eco-friendly way to ensure your litter box doesn’t smell bad, then finally replace with fresh cat litter.
