My tips for healthy shoulders



Hey guuuys, I just wanted to share with you some of my personal tips for shoulder exercises. In this video you will see four exercises which I do everytime before any training session or before session on the rocks. Then I created my own routine which I do everytime I feel my shoulders are a bit sore.
