Santuario Arca de Noe (formerly known as Fundacion San Roque Mexico Venezuela) does a beautiful and noble job at rescuing, healing, feeding, caring and providing for 120 dogs and 30 cats (as of October 7, 2022) which were found abandoned in the streets and were expected to have short and painful lives due to sickness, malnourishment and the dangers of homelessness.
