I hope you are all really well and having a great week so far!! Happy Wednesday!! We are half way through the week, PHEWWWW!

I felt it was about time we spoke about mental health, physically wellbeing and self care. I get so many questions about how I stay so positive and motivated and trust me, sadly there is not one answers! It is a combination of lots of things and trust me WE ALL HAVE OFF DAYS! So, in this vlog I talk about what I do to ensure I am feeling well in myself, mentally and physically and what I do when nothing is working and I am feeling extremely overwhelmed!

I truly hope this may help just one of you. I know that mental health is an EXTREMELY serous subject and please note, I am not advising anyone to do anything, I am just sharing my tips and what I do to stay healthy, MIND, BODY & SOUL! And if you are feeling really low and or in a dark place please speak to someone, a family member, friend or professional, they WILL be able to help.
