But whyyyyyy do plant chores happen in dog years?
This Albo was my first ever rare plant from @prettyingreenplants . I picked it up from one of their rare plant shows in LA and have gone back every time they come through town. You can also see their online collection Iinked on my 📄. They’re a small, family-run business and I love them!
As houseplant repotting goes, this is a pretty basic upsize. I get asked often if I mess with the root ball. My answer is, it depends. There was nothing wrong with these roots so I left them alone.
Yellowing leaves can mean a BILLION things: overwatering, underwatering, pests, rootbound, etc. You kind of have to rule each one out. If the yellowing spreads to the other leaves, I’ll need to continue to investigate but so far so good 🤞.
