LIVE | NYPD briefing on ghost guns found at day care facility in New York City

Ghost guns were discovered at an operational East Harlem day care on Tuesday.

The licensed day care was operating at an apartment on East 117th Street.

An NYPD official said the day care was likely just a front for criminal activity.
