Frigid Modifications :: Caring for Animals in Extreme Weather

The arctic temperatures that recently blasted the Northeast brought a -35 degree F wind chill and a lot worries about the wellbeing of our farm animals in the frigid cold. This unprecedented extreme cold presented us with a new challenge caring for our animals: making sure that our chickens, geese and goats would remain healthy and comfortable and most importantly, survive, during the sub-zero temperatures.
