Hello! I want to share with you how to make an outfit for a parrot that plucks its feathers. Please don’t put an outfit on your bird just for fun. Birds are very sensitive creatures. Having an outfit on is a big stress for them. They can die from stress. Please use my idea only as the last solution, only if you already tried everything else.
