How to dry your dog – tips from Pooch Perfect's Verity Hardcastle

Bath time can be a tricky business for us dog parents – some of our pups seem to downright hate it, and it can be difficult to find the right way to go about it that won’t leave them looking like a straggly fluffball.

Although dogs only need to be bathed around once a month (unless they’ve gone and rolled around in a muddy puddle, obvs), we still want to get it right.

So when it comes to drying your dog off after they’ve had a bath, what mistakes are we making – and what hacks are we missing out on?

We spoke to professional dog groomer and Pooch Perfect judge Verity Hardcastle, to hear her top tips for drying your dog to leave them looking gorgeous.
