(ANY ADVICE) My New Aggressive Freshwater Tank

Just got this 125 gallon tank for a steal..!!! So before you tell me there are way too many fish I here that get big and mean, I KNOW THIS..!! It is not my personal setup (Yet).. so I am open to constructive criticism along with advice from your own personal experience. There is a Jardini Arowana, Tiger Oscar, Jaguar, Peacock Bass, Electric Blue Jack Dempsey, Bosemani Rainbows, Rope Fish, Ornate Senegalus, Goliath Tiger Fish, Pike, Bala Sharks, Green Terror, Butterkoferi and a albino bristlenose Pleco If you don’t keep freshwater aggressive fish, I don’t want your advice but please watch as you please????
But to you experts out there, I noticed a some of the fish flicking and rubbing against plants and wood. I thought it was the beginning stages of ick but I could be wrong, any advice??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS ANY SETUP IDEAS YOU HAVE FOR THESE TYPE OF BIG AGGRESSIVE FISH.. IM HERE TO LEARN..!!
