Fish Care Tips

Wave Maker Aquarium Setup #Shorts

A wave maker generate waves in an aquarium which flows at the surface level of water and then spinning around and sweeping the bottom of the fish tank. In doing so, these waves collect all the waste and bring it close to the filter inlet which is scooped by the filter and we and the fish gets to enjoy crystal clear water. Setting up a wave maker in aquarium is very easy. As discussed above, position the wave maker on the same side as the filter inlet is located and face the wave maker up. If you could follow these 2 steps then a wave maker would do a great job in a fish tank.

In today’s video, I am only testing a wave maker with a flow rate of 10,000 L/H, just to show how it works. Wave maker was removed instantly after recording this video. A detailed article on setting up a wave maker can be found here
