From the moment they arrive, to the time they leave with a customer; the small animals in our care are made to feel at home every step of the way.

Watch our video detailing their journey, including how they’re 6-step health checked, settled in to their new environment, feeding, sexing, daily care routines, given veterinary care if needed and the training our colleagues go through.
