First thing you have to keep in mind is which type of tank u have to build whether it’s marine, freshwater or planted tank.
As a beginner you should start with fresh water and artificial decoration with fishes like koi carp, gold fish breeds, zebra fish breeds and shark.

You can keep open tank with cabinet and without cabinet.
FILTERS
Instead of taking canister filter I would recommend you to go for internal filter which cost in a range of Rs 200 to 300.
How to start the tank?
Aquarium cycling
First set up all the materials required like artificial decorations and maintain the water temperature. After about 1 week then introduce fishes into the tank. By doing this it won’t harm your fishes.
