TUTORIAL: Pressure Canning Fish for Beginners (step-by-step)
Pressure canning fish and meat can be intimidating the first time. In this step by step educational tutorial video, I explain what I’m doing each step of the way as I pressure can several pounds of fresh pink salmon and walleye. Watch and learn how to prepare the jars (“cans”) and how to properly operate your pressure canner to preserve fish.
