BUYER'S GUIDE: HOVER STROLLING AND MID STROLLING
These are two of the fastest growing trends in bass fishing! While neither is new, both are exploding onto the scene and you should take notice! Today we’re exploring the finesse technique known as “hover strolling”, along with the power technique known as “mid strolling”. Both are effective and after today, you’ll understand how to apply them to your fishing.
Hover strolling is a finesse presentation that allows small soft plastics to fall with an irregular gliding and spiraling action. You can also work these baits through the water column with a gentle slack line shaking motion. Mid strolling is very similar but employs heavier jigheads and involves more aggressive shaking to draw a reaction strike from cautious fish.
