The first thing to do when your parrot is injured is always to reach an avian bird specialist, there is no alternative to doing that and it must be done.
In this video I’ve provided you with some methods on first aid for your parrot.
When using coconut oil or turmeric paste, you should apply it ONLY on the skin where the irritated area is and avoid all contact with feathers as it might cause your bird to become very sad.
