Freshwater Stingray, The Best Pet Fish?
Cartilaginous fishes like sharks and stingrays are among the coolest animals on the planet! The great white shark might be my favorite animal of them all. But it has proven to be impossible to keep long term. In fact, sharks generally don’t make good pets. One of the difficulties is simply that most of them live in saltwater. That said, their cousins, the stingrays, are also stinkin’ rad, and there are a few species that truly live in freshwater. So are these freshwater stingrays good pets? And is the freshwater stingray the best pet fish for you? Let’s find out!
